I may request certain personal and/or business information about you and/or your business with your permission.

As a rule, I do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone.  To the extent required by law and any applicable state Code of Professional Conduct, certain nonpublic information might be disclosed to comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons.

Access to nonpublic personal information is restricted by physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction.
